نظام زکوٰۃکواسوۂ مبارکہ سے ہم آہنگ کرنے کی ضرورت
The Need for Harmonization of Nisab of Zakat with the Excellent Prophetic Model
    Author/s:
Dr. Arif Khan Saqi, Associate Professor, Department of Islamic Learning, University of Karachi, Karachi.
    Abstract:

Islam offers comprehensive teachings about every aspect of life. Its commandments cover each quarter of life. Zakat is an important pillar among all five. Since Zakat is a financial matter, it should, I argue, also consider modern economics while developing its discourse. One of the fundamental issues today in Zakat is the determination of its nisab. The paper seeks to reason that the determination of nisab of zakat should not bypass the contemporary methodological tools in economics. The conservatives, the author believes, are not brave enough to consider the opinion of modern economics because they are not interested to challenge the status quo. However, it will be unfair to ignore and marginalize modern scientific understanding of economic on the issues of Zakat. Zakat in the life time of Prophet ﷺwas treated as discretion of the state. In present day, it is given to non state actors, which, at least does not follow from the practice of Prophet ﷺin my opinion. Therefore, it entails that this issue should deserve good attention of scholars. A comprehensive methodology is required in this regard. The paper shows some insights in this regard.

تقييم صور المحسنات المعنوية في الخطب النبوية
Evaluation of Samples of Moral Improvements in Nabawi Sermons: A Rhetorical Study
    Author/s:
Dr. Kifayat ullah Hamdani, Associate Professor, Department of Arabic, NUML, Islamabad.
Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, Assistant Professor, Department of Arabic, NUML, Islamabad.
    Abstract:

One of the most important parts of Arabic rhetoric is the science of the object, which is known as the object of improving speech after care matching the case and the meaning of the meaning of the meaning, and these two faces hit: hit Refers to the meaning and hit back to the pronunciation. Verbal optimizers are the ones for improvement to the word “originality” and to the meaning of “asceticism”, such as anaphylaxis and tapestry. Moral improvements are: The improvement is due to the meaning of originality and to the pronunciation of elation, such as repetition, repetition and luster Speech and there is no doubt that the Nabawi sermons have been frustrated by verbal improvisations. The characteristics of the accusation gleam from its drawers, and it is full of splendor and good healing. For a tendency to listen to him with passion and discipline, he sees himself as a good witness, “Anaphylaxis, for example,” from the image of repetition and repetition, so the surprise takes her by surprise when she beats her among the tarab. One of the most important features of the Prophet’s sermons-the peace and blessings of peace be upon them: The clear and clear compensator, and the innocent adult style of all weak points in which the preachers are characterized by the cost of showing eloquence, or the use of prettiness, conciliation, and complexity and the clarity of words and their parts and accuracy of choice, with the meaning and breadth of meaning, and safety, the sentences and words are composed not of a prior intention, but the amnesty of the hour, the dawn of the mind, and the end performance, and praise for all that is praised in the sermon, and the innocence of everything that is done on it. The great feature of the Nabawi sermon, which does not match the Prophet ﷺ is that one of the preachers, is that the sermon loses much of its influence if stripped of the occasion in this case, its splendor, its usefulness and its influence, but the prophetic sermons, remain the same and peace-does not increase the passage of days and went years and years, but the impact, and the virtue of God is inspired by world like to get knowledge of multiple features, we will evaluate the images of the significant improvements.

    Author/s:
Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Siddique, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Shari‘ah & Law, IIU Islamabad.
    Abstract:

There is no God but Allah; the Alone and Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم is the last Prophet of Allah, it is the fundamental belief of the Muslims. However, they cannot be the true believers until the affection of the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم becomes a part of the faith. The infinite affection with the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم is the primary indication of conformity in Islam. Muslims are very sensitive in relation to the honour and respect of their beloved Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم. They are intolerant towards any type of disrespect and humiliation about Him. If someone commits the crime of blasphemy, then they become infuriated and even not reluctant to risk their lives to show their devotion for the preservation of His صلى الله عليه وسلم privileged esteem. However, there are some instant conditions for true affection with the Holy Prophet ﷺ, some of them can be avoided but others are obligatory otherwise, a Muslim is not considered as true believer. This research paper aims to discuss the standards of affection with the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. It denotes that a mere slogan of affection is not enough but it should be demonstrated practically through deeds and actions. The current study manifests that the Holy Prophetﷺ is a role model and decent fiber for the Muslims in light of Quran and Sunnah. This research concludes that there is torment for abstaining from true affection with the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and by putting ourselves in the submission of Almighty Allah and obeying the commands of Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم is a key of success in this world and the world hereafter and also an epitome of true affection with Allah and the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم.
